We cheat at pub quiz. It's the only way we can win. We justified it this week since one of the answers that Margaret looked up on her Blackberry we actually got wrong so somehow that makes it all even. I contribute nothing to the team--I'm not even good enough with my Blackberry to be able to cheat effectively. Now...if only Cosgrove (the Trivia Master) would ask questions about some of my favorite topics like the plague or scurvy or some other disease...

In all fairness, and by no means a proper justification, we are not the only team consulting their BlackBerrys. Looking down from the balcony on the other teams, I saw a number of people with BlackBerrys and I Phones in active use.
And I really don't think we cheat that much... I couldn't even use the web functionality of my blackberry until I went to Hong Kong (you may remember my old blackberry - the size of a brick?)...
Nevertheless, we are turning over a new leaf - a Lenten effort, if you will - and will have a cheat-free, blackberry free Pub Quiz this St. Patrick's Day week. It iwll be awesome, I am sure.
